Starworx, a leading provider of commercial refuelling solutions, dispensing equipment, and maintenance to road transport equipment. No prior experience is necessary. We are seeking a Sales person to join our team in Melbourne. With a focus on growth, this role will play a critical role in supporting the sales division. Training will be provided depending on the skill level.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with potential and existing customers
- Analysing the market and using sales strategies to secure new business.
- Responding to internal sales calls and offering solutions to customers
- Quoting customers and following up on inquiries
- Entering sales orders and maintaining accurate records
- Offering efficient and effective sales support, including quoting, order entry, logistics, and customer follow-up
- Contributing to a positive team culture and fostering strong relationships
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A technical mindset and some sales/customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with general computer applications.
- Hands-on technical or mechanical experience (an advantage).
