Main Duties & Responsibilities
● Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customer to meet their needs
● Establish, develop, and maintain accounts / sales relationships
● Lead generation
● Manage any existing customers (resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction)
● Achieve sales targets and outcomes
● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
● Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, status report
● Report market analysis – competitor activities, potential areas to develop business/service, customer trends
Skills & Expertise
● Proven experience in Sales
● Understanding of nutrition, human physiology favorable
● Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
● Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
● Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
● Proficient in MS Office
● Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
