TLC is one of Australia’s fastest growing and reliable Transport and Logistics company, specialising in a range of solutions to service Imports, Exports, Transport and Third-Party Storage and Distribution. We are seeking a Sales Representative that has experience and a passion for the transport and logistics sector and wants to learn valuable skills and contribute to the growth of our company.
Role:Sales Representative
Location: Berrinba 4117 office and warehouse
Reporting to: General Manager

As a Sales Representative you will:
- Be the first point of contact for new enquiries and leads
- Identify opportunities and secure new customers.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential customers.
- Actively build your networking pipeline
- Maintain an effective pipeline of new business prospects within the CRM (Customer relationship management register)
- Ensure all new customers have a positive and smooth experience through their onboarding process.
- Maintain relationships with existing business focusing on retention for clients and suppliers
- Driving revenue growth to your budget KPI
- Drive key promotional content for the commercial pillar
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions for monthly reporting through to key stakeholders
- Demonstrate the proven process and success through visibility of the WMS and TMS portals
- Initiate and prepare business reviews for existing customers
Training to be conducted onsite in the Brisbane office.
Once training is completed, this will become a hybrid role, meaning you will spend your time both out of the office and onsite in our Berrinba facility, contacting businesses (prospective clients) to schedule meetings for you to present our services (creating new sales opportunities), whilst also maintaining contact with your already won clients to maintain your portfolio (account management). Your time spent in the field will consist of presenting proposals to potential clients and visiting already won clients in your ever-growing portfolio, ensuring strong relationships are forged and you reach your annual budget for growth. Your time spent in the Brisbane office will be for debriefing with management on performance, reviewing our operational process and keeping inline with TLC staff culture.
