Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team at CommandeX PTY LTD. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base within the industrial hardware and building sector. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with and facilitate online registrations for new clients, while also servicing our current customers. You will introduce them to our other online platforms and target new business opportunities within this segment.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and develop new leads through proactive canvassing and cold-calling efforts.
Engage with potential clients to facilitate online registrations and provide demonstrations of our comprehensive online offerings.
Service existing customers, introducing them to our additional online platforms and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Achieve sales targets and objectives regularly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Target new business opportunities within the relevant segment, expanding our customer base.
Utilise CRM software (Monday.com) to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor sales progress.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
Basic knowledge of security screens, doors, and hardware is a plus
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must be comfortable with frequent travel within the designated sales territory
Proficiency in using digital tools such as an iPad and mobile phone
