Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative at Earthmoving Equipment Australia, you will play a pivotal role in our success.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer support to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Primarily focusing on sales of Case Construction Equipment, Thwaites, Bandit, Merlo, Cast Loaders, ETS, and Construction Attachments.
- Entering customer details into our CRM system and generating quotes.
- Building and maintaining a strong client database.
- Engaging with clients and contractors on a daily basis, with minimum expectations set to drive your success.
- Ensuring adherence to safe work practices in the sales department (OHS).
- Upholding necessary compliance and participating in ongoing training.
- Establishing and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the sales and after-sale processes.
Qualifications and Attributes:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- A proven track record in sales or a willingness to learn and excel in a sales environment.
- An understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to upholding them.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver's license.
