Financial advisers are amazing at putting together complex investment strategies, but your average truck driver, tradie, nurse, or school teacher may not understand the importance of obtaining financial advice. Our goal is to make the process of obtaining financial advice as painless and enjoyable as possible. Superannuation discovery is the first step in doing that. We help our clients break through the fear and barriers in finding out the facts about their current superannuation and obtaining proper financial advice from a licensed financial planner who can help them meet their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Obtain personal information from the customers and their superfunds and make records of the information
- Listen to customer needs and identify areas the financial advisers could potentially provide tailored solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work towards compliance and performance targets
- Follow compliance requirements and procedures
- Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with customers
- Contribute to a fun, high-performance culture

What we offer in return:
- Permanent full-time position with a strong emphasis on performance and compliance based pay. We strongly believe you should get out what you put in!
- $60,000 salary (plus super)
- In addition to the base salary, we offer commission and bonus schemes, bringing the average earnings (including the base and salary) to between $120,000 and $200,000 per year, with top performers earning over $250,000 per year
