With a fleet of 40 vehicles & Machinery. The role will require the successful applicant to generate leads within the general plant hire and civil construction industry.
Your main role will be face to face site visits with clients on-site around Brisbane looking at jobs ranging from $1,000 - $100,000 in value and sending Quotes and following up to get feedback from potential clients.
Leads will be generated off:
- Existing CRM database.
- Online Enquiries
- Cold Calling and emailing
- Leads generated from the website
Key qualifications & attributes
- Experience in a previous sales role with quantifiable results.
- Experience in Customer Relationships Management databases.
- Experience in Civil Earthworks Industry.
- Self-motivated and able to slot into a small hard-working team.
- Be proactive and passionate in providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a clear and effective telephone manner; fluent in English
- Be confident and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic "can do" attitude
- Possess a strong desire to develop and expand skills
- Computer software experience and literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- You must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen to apply
