Our Sales Representatives are the principle point of contact with our customers. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in the field of electrical connectors with a passion for problem solving, excellent written communication skills and a desire to deliver outstanding products and solutions to our client base.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and prepare purchasing documents
- Educate and guide customers to the best connector solution
- Ensure timely order progress from entry to delivery
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and expand existing customer base
- Contribute to strategic sales planning and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- In-depth technical knowledge of electrical connectors
- Demonstrated history of success in new business development
- Demonstrated track record of customer service and problem solving
- Excellent written communication skills
- High level of accuracy in technical data entry
- Experience with SAP B1 (desirable) or equivalent ERP platform (essential)
- Personal interest in electronics, power, automotive electrical or solar highly desirable
