Sales Representative

Champagne Recruitment is working collaboratively with HI Lighting to find their new Sales Representative.

HI Lighting is a market leading lighting supplier in South Australia. Located in St Mary’s, they are a team committed to delivering top-quality products and services to their valued customers. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they are ready to add an additional motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to their team.

As HI-Lighting’s new Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services to prospective clients. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions will be key aspects to this role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell lighting products in a professional manner.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Confidence to manage the process from introducing HI Lighting to new clients, to presenting quotes and managing purchase orders.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales aptitude with a track record of achieving targets.
• Self-motivated and results orientated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential
