Independent Timber Supplies is looking for an experienced Sales Representative | Customer Account Manager to join our thriving business. This is a vacant position with an incredible opportunity to explore and progress your skills in our industry. We will consider Internal Sales experience wishing to take the next step into this dynamic role!

Independent Timber Supplies are a WA business that is locally owned and been operating for over 30 years. We service a range of Project Builders, Custom Builders and Owner Builders in the Western Australian building market.

We are seeking an energetic and results driven Sales Representative | Customer Account Manager to maximise sales opportunities through the effective management of a portfolio of trusted clients. Additionally, to build and grow your portfolio within our industry through outstanding communication and developing strong relationships whilst promoting our products and services.
About the role:
- Maintaining and building a current portfolio identifying development and new business growth opportunities.
- Understand and meet KPI structure monthly.
- Plan and construct sales calls to promote products and services to existing and new business.
- Display strong time management to achieve sales targets!
- Proven ability to work Autonomously while being a trusted advisor to our clients.

About you:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a Sales Representative | Customer Account Manager role or similar
- Experience with knowledge selling into the building industry within WA.
- Proven new business development success.
- Confident and clear communicator
- Current and valid Australian driver’s licence
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Timber industry experience – highly regarded.
- A trade or tertiary qualification within business related field highly desirable
