Home Improvements Sales role with experience in HOME ADDITIONS/extension and alterations. Building experience would be an advantage.
Experience in patios/carports would also be an advantage.
Essential Criterial
- Experience in working with residential home addition sales.
- A knowledge of preparing estimates, plan drawing, agreements and liaising with clients is required.
- Highly organised with good time management skills and be able to meet timelines is important.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Home visits are an important feature of the role to understand potential clients’ requirements and enable an accurate presentation.
