About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual looking to build a career as a Sales representative.
Reporting directly the National Sales and Innovation Manager (NSIM), you will service existing distributor relationships and maintain the high standard of service expected by APS customers.
You will receive a 3 month onboarding schedule from the Wangara team and ongoing mentorship and training from (NSIM).
Your time will be utilised 50% in maintaining existing customer relationships, 30% new business opportunities working with (NSIM) and 20% in Customer service
Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing customer relationships.
- Work with National Sales Manager to Identify new sales opportunities through research and networking.
- Work with the sales team to provide high level of service.
- Input customer visits or interactions in company software.
- Processing of quotes, sales orders, invoices.
- Attending of local trades show with National Sales Manager (1-3 days).
- Assist in warehouse Customer service officer role when team members are absent or on leave
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales / Customer service role.
- Drivers license and reliable car required
- Motivated and excited to learn new skills and products.
- Organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Competent in Microsoft office & willingness to learn new systems.
- Great communication and time management skills.
