About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, this role will work alongside various clients across Australia and New Zealand to deliver value and opportunity. A key success to this role will be the ability to drive attendance and participation to an ideal target market at client events.
Although the role is that of a Sales Development Representative, success hinges on generating fresh activity within current partnership accounts, addressing inbound sales opportunities, and executing cold call campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating qualified attendance and participation at partnership events
- Responding to incoming digital leads and opportunities
- Cold calling pre qualified lists of sales opportunities for sales call bookings
- Present and demonstrate the Partnership Program to existing and potential end users within the Trades and Construction industry across Australia and New Zealand
- Maintain close working relations with clients, aiming to meet and exceed client expectations and to grow the relationship
- Identify sales opportunities within existing partnership accounts
- Participate in marketing events such as workshops, trade shows and digital events
- Base Salary plus super plus quarterly commission
- Minimum 2+ years preferably with B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated new business development skills
- Ability to think on your feet and able to effectively resolve problems
- Excellent rapport building skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both in writing and speaking)
- Ability to be able to research and understand prospects and personalise the outreach.
- Exemplary time management skills
- Must have a drivers licence
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing and maintaining an accurate CRM
- Genuinely passionate about personal and professional development
- Happy to WFH full time - MUST be Based in MELBOURNE
