About the role..
This is a relatively high-volume role working within the wider People & Culture function with regards to recruitment nationally, in doing so, you will work closely with all levels of management across the business to ensure 'best practice' methodologies in recruitment and selection.
Skills and experience..
- Demonstrated ability to directly and proactively source and engage with candidates across a number of job roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Possess sound administrative skills along with your technical skills and ability to maintain accuracy of and level of required data within an ATS
- Proven ability to build and maintain a meaningful candidate experience
- Bring your team-oriented focus and ability to contribute to a strategy to identify and implement a successful talent attraction methodology.
- Understand key requirements for our job roles along with the ability to effectively communicate these with candidates

- An excellent communicator who thrives on providing strong customer service and possesses sound administration skills
- Ability to build trust with your Hiring manager stakeholders
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment
