We are looking to employ a part time Sales Representative in our small but busy commercial laundry in Sydney NSW. We believe in old fashioned sales where face to face provides a more personal approach.Duties of the role include: cold calling on businesses in a given area to promote our mat and tea towel rental, and table linen as well as our many other products we offer, liaising with existing customers, looking for sales opportunities within the market and providing quotes to potential customers.The use of a company car will be provided to perform these duties along with a laptop and mobile phone. Initially the role will be 2 days per week, and depending on the success of the person, full time employment may be offered.Please note that this is NOT a work from home role.To be successful in the role you must have a friendly and approachable attitude, be honest, enjoy cold calling and talking to people, cold calling sales experience, have a can do attitude, be able to spend all day in the field, have a current unrestricted drivers licence, be able to speak and understand English. Most of all have the willingness to succeed in the role. You must also be able to pass a police check, child protection check as well as drug and alcohol testing. Salary will depend on experience.
