What You'll Do:
- Identify and nurture potential investors interested in high-yield property investments.
- Educate prospects about the benefits of investing in HMOs and co-living properties.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions.
- Utilize your sales expertise to present our unique investment opportunities over Zoom and in-person.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in investment products, particularly in real estate or financial services.
- Ideally, personal experience in property investment, with a strong understanding of market trends.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell via Zoom and in-person.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Knowledge of the Perth property market or broader Australian real estate market is advantageous.
