As the Sales Representative, you are required to have contact with potential and existing customers and will be responsible for facilitating the sale of new equipment and machinery, online and in the showroom. Casali’s strives to exceed customer expectations, and you are to ensure that customers receive a positive experience when buying equipment.
· Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our current brands and inventory to encourage customers to make a purchase
· Prospect new business opportunities to maximise revenue through sales
· Effective negotiation techniques implemented throughout the sales process
· Discuss the method of sale, costs and delivery times with the customers
· Assist in setting up the showroom floor for promotions and putting new models on display
· Liaise with lenders and other parties to the transaction to ensure the terms and conditions of the contract are adhered to
· Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email; promoting developing and extending Casali’s business interests and reputation
