Description
The key responsibilities and duties:
- Attend to the daily/project inquiries from aftermarket customers/distributors.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/distributor relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and understand new products in the market and competitor status.
- Monitor the progress of each project.
- Prepare and make a technical/commercial presentation for customers.
- Coordinate closely with logistics team to maintain the sustainable delivery.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts.
- Provide reports and forecasting to the management.
- Work closely and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc duties
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Previous experience as customer service, sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to develop and build customer relationships
- A self-motivated, result and detail orientated individual, passionate about winning new business
- Japanese language skill or interest to work for Japanese business is preferred
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Must have a driver's license
- Travel required
