We are a small, dynamic and fast growing clinic that has been operating for 3 years.
At Greencare we believe in plant based medicines. Our practitioners take a highly responsible approach when prescribing Medical Cannabis, as an alternative to conventional pharmaceutical drugs (when they have not worked as effectively as needed).
We connect patients with our health care practitioners via telehealth appointments.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative to work in our Sydney offices (near Town Hall). Working alongside your fellow professionals, you will report directly to the Sales Manager. This position comes with an established patient base and lead generation system. You will maintain and build upon this existing patient base while a key focus is to also seek and grow new opportunities while achieving targets.
To be successful in this role you will
- Have a passion and hunger for sales as a career
- Possess a confident phone presence
- Be comfortable with a high volume of calls per day
- Have a keen interest in the medicinal cannabis industry
- Possess the ability to listen to patient needs and deliver the appropriate solution
- Be a highly motivated individual, while being flexible and empathetic in your approach
- Be willing to undertake a variety of tasks in an ever changing environment
- A desire to win and enjoy the fast-paced hunting process of sales.
- Previous experience in sales, retention and target driven environment
- Have the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Experience with Best Practice and Google Drive is desirable (but training is also provided)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and achieve forecasted targets.
- Effective management of call log and outgoing call
- Quick and timely responses to incoming enquiries
- Nurture and provide exceptional patient service.
- Management of Calls strategy (1st, 2nd, 3rd round of follow up calls & emails)
- Continually seek new growth opportunities.
- Work with Management to uncover new sales opportunities
- Build and grow a sales team.
- Providing general administration and operational support
