As a Business Development Manager – Telematics at Frontier Voice & Data, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and success in our Teletrac Navman Division. Reporting to the Directors, you will play a pivotal role in proactively managing all retention, renewal, and customer account activities. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving increased sales of our solutions, fostering customer growth, and enhancing overall customer experience.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Sales or Account Management Proficiency in Sales Force or equivalent CRM software, including reporting
- Previous experience in the Transport or Telematics industries is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Methodical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and prioritise prospective clients, including fleet management companies, logistics providers, transportation firms, and other potential partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our telematics solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Sales Force or equivalent CRM software, including reporting
