About the role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Representative to join the M&B sales team based out of our Bayswater branch. Reporting through to the Sales & Marketing Manager, areas of responsibility will be to manage existing relationships and generating new business across project and general builders.
You will have five or more years of sales experience who can demonstrate exceeding sales targets through strong relationship and account management principles, and be a key driver and contributor to the achievement of sales activities and KPI’s for M&B.
The role:
- Service existing project and general builders across the Bayswater region
- Generate new business opportunities through established and lead generating initiatives
- Own the delivery of customer financial targets and KPI’s
- Create and execute customer account plans in line with the sales and marketing plan
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager, prepare and present customer presentations, i.e. new product presentations, category and performance reviews and service (delivery) KPI’s
- Work with the broader sales and marketing team to implement M&B’s sales strategies
- Manage customer contracts, data management, pricing and margin analysis
- Deliver excellent customer service, building customer relationships and managing customer requests and enquiries
- Importantly, be a team player in the growth and development of M&B’s ‘winning’ sales culture
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a key sales role
- Industry experience preferred
- Preferred competency across Microsoft Office
- A strong knowledge and understanding of account management roles and responsibilities
- Tertiary education in Sales/Marketing/Finance is desirable
- Hi level of EQ with strong interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills and a good attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
