Your Role:

• Engaging with Customers: Take inbound calls and handle enquiries from dental customers, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
• Appointment Management: Book appointments and manage schedules for dental patients, facilitating smooth operations for both clients and dental service providers.
• Sales and Service Excellence: Make outbound calls to warm leads, not just offering support but also confidently introducing and selling new products and services. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our growth by extending our offerings to more clients.
• Team Contribution: Work collaboratively with your team to achieve set goals, sharing insights, and striving for continuous improvement in all areas of customer interaction.

What You Bring:

• A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve and succeed.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• A drive to excel both individually and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a call centre environment is highly regarded.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful candidates will be required to complete a full Police Check.

• Temp role - 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday - no weekends!
