Bass Hill Veterinary Hospital is excited to welcome a new Superstar Receptionist (“Director of Wow”) to our Reception and Client Care team.
You will be a perfect fit if…
- You are highly organized and can juggle (think answering phones… talking to clients etc.)…
- You are a people person (we are looking for someone with a smile on their face and in their voice!)…
- Your superpower is providing service that makes everyone go “WOW”!
- You can do all this in a fast-paced environment with dogs barking and cats meowing in the background!
Essential
- A minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience.
- Experience with Word/Excel/Outlook365 and databases.
- You are available during our opening hours of 7:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 3:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
You don’t need to have prior experience in a Vet Hospital.
You need to be friendly, positive and genuinely caring and we promise we’ll help you fill in the gaps!
