City Ford Ryde is looking for a highly motivated receptionist with previous dealership experience and outstanding customer service skills to join the multi franchise service department team at Melrose Park.
Some of the responsibilities of the role, but not limited to, include:
- Attend to customers face to face
- Telephone calls
- Liaise with Customers and Suppliers
- Administrative tasks, filling and data entry
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Be Customer Focused
- Reliable and Punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Packages
- Great Multi-Tasking Management Skills
- Likes to take initiative.
- Experience with era power or xtime and advantage.
