About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our busy Peter Warren Ford Service Department in Warwick Farm on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
- Assisting potential clients with enquiries
- Booking vehicles for service and recalls in ERA and Excel
- Performing general administrative support duties
Requirements:
- Proven reception experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
