Sales Support Assistant
Part time position (3 days a week) and can build to 4 days and full time.
Location: Cairns
Duties
- Working alongside sales personnel to assist in all aspects of making a sale or keep customer needs met
- Taking phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Analysing sales and orders weekly through software program
- Updating customer reports in excel sheets
- Processing customer orders as required
- Assisting Customers with implementation of company app

- Has knowledge and experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire it) with using software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Lettus/Fresh
- Has knowledge of and experience in general office practices.
- Tech-savvy, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously
- Organised and proactive approach to planning and execution
