Your new role

Due to recent market growth, this client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator / PA Support to join their Sunshine Coast team. Key duties will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of sales contracts and conducting regular quality checks on contracts and related documentation to uphold high standards
• Oversee the entire sales process from land acquisition to executed contracts, including PA support to Business Development Manager and Sales Manager
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within contract management
• Operational administration support within the sales department including supporting the Business Development Manager and Sales Manager as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

This role requires a candidate who has experience within the Residential Construction industry, ideally with a working background working in a Senior Sales Administrative role.

• You will ideally have strong working knowledge of sales contracts management, with a comprehensive understanding of HIA contracts and clauses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Docusign experience is essential, a "can-do" attitude along with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a building company that manages external sales through multiple sales channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to complete tasks independently as well as work collaboratively within a team environment.
