Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of sales contracts and conducting regular quality checks on contracts and related documentation to uphold high standards
- Oversee the entire sales process from land acquisition to executed contracts, including PA support to Business Development Manager and Sales Manager
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within contract management
- Operational administration support within the sales department including supporting the Business Development Manager and Sales Manager as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a candidate who has experience within the Residential Construction industry, ideally with a working background working in a Senior Sales Administrative role.
- You will ideally have strong working knowledge of sales contracts management, with a comprehensive understanding of HIA contracts and clauses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Docusign experience is essential, a "can-do" attitude along with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a building company that manages external sales through multiple sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to complete tasks independently as well as work collaboratively within a team environment.
