AddressJoin our team as our Sales & Support for our Ecosystem and play a crucial role in the success of our combat/fitness facility. We are seeking an administrative and sales gun who is a motivated individual with a passion for fitness, exceptional organizational skills, and a talent for client care.
As our Gym Sales and support, you will be accountable for the MOS/BAU of the Ecosystem in our fitness facility as well as be the best support to the Ecosystem lead in leading the Ecosystem. You will oversee sales initiatives, ensure outstanding client experiences, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to program design to enhance our members' fitness journeys.
Some of your key tasks/duties include:
- Client Care- provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members as well as sales and retention of our customers.
- Admin- oversee administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the gym. This includes managing membership records, processing payments, scheduling staff shifts.
- Program Design- contribute to the development and enhancement of fitness programs tailored to the needs and interests of our diverse clientele.
- Organising all gym events - eg. BBQ, Open Days etc.
- Organising all minor WBAF and IFS events - eg. Info sessions, engagement events with challengers (training sessions).
- All Ecosystem admin incl. Emails, communication channels (Slack & Asana), meeting minutes etc.
- Lead follow-through for Ecosystem.
- Gym membership BAU (including payments).
- IFS and WBAF membership BAU (including payments).
- Facilities coordination- fully operational and facilities, spaces hired out.
You will be accountable for:

- Counter sales
- Zipleads dashboard
- Customer experience
- Ecosystem MOS & BAU
- Ecosystem Socials
Skills required:
- Organisation wizard and problem solver.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and experience using office software and gym management systems.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
