Tasks:
- Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, Marketing and sales activity of the entire team;
- Opening and closing of the office
- Answering of telephones
- Management of the website
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;
- General tasks as requested by the team;
- Database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
- Self-managing day to day tasks; and
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.
- Reconciliation of marketing budgets
- Monitoring of invoices for payment
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a real estate and / or administration role (2+ years);
- A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exemplary organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package; and
- Holds a current NSW Registration Certificate
