About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, caring, and innovative Sales Support Officer to join our team in Jandakot WA. You will be the expert in continuing to lead the way in high-class service to all our customers, be they internal or external Stakeholders. You will work in conjunction with our sales leaders, sales team, and distribution team to ensure stock information, reporting, invoicing, credits, and travel are all organized and actioned. To be successful in this role you will be a natural at thinking on your feet, passionate about exceeding expectations, and thrive in working in a collaborative environment where we all pitch in and support each other.

Skills and Experience
- Internal Sales or Customer Service experience
- Experience with quotes, processing orders & Credits
- Has experience organising travel and meetings
- You have an influential communication style
- Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems – SAP an advantage
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints
- Excellent in administration, reporting & computers
- Previous experience working with complex data
- Capability to create reports and presentations
- Bright and confident personality
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
- Experience in building products would be advantageous
- Not afraid to help in Distribution from time to time
