About the Role:
A 12 Month fixed-term position.
Reporting to the State Manager NSW, the Sales Support Representative will support sales executives in their day to day business activities to promote ANL & CMA CGM services and non maritime products.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide Sales Support to a dedicated portfolio of ANL & CMA CGM customers
- Ensure all quotes are followed up to ascertain market information
- Monitor quotes sent & update quote log (or MID) ensuring win/loss ratio
- In conjunction with the State Manager, create and exploit opportunities to increase the volume and profitability of cargo carried for the ANL & CMA CGM group
- Compilation of weekly and ad hoc statistics for analysis purposes, including performance reports and account monitoring
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of year 12 or equivalent or degree in business or related disciplne
- Keen to start and build your career in shipping/supply chain and logsitics
- Strong proficiency in computer skills
- Customer oriented with sound relationship building skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows
