Jane Elvin, a leading Real Estate Agent with over 13 years of experience is seeking someone to join her team in a support position with the opportunity to move through to Sales Associate or lead agent if desired. The role would be based around tasks such as lead generation, social media, marketing, buyer’s agent, client services to name a few.
This is an opportunity for applicants who are looking for a great foundation to launch their own sales career or alternatively someone who loves working to support an already successful team. This position might also suit a parent who would like to work Monday to Friday and school hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Database management - build & maintain relationships.
- Managing buyer enquiries & running hot buyer lists
- Prospecting activities to generate leads - calls, letterbox drops, developing relationships
- Running anniversaries cards & updates
- Assisting with open homes, photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest inspections, bank valuations and pre-settlement inspections.
- Preparing agent OFI folders and brochures
- General administration duties
- The ideal candidate will have flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays , we are open to a Monday to Friday position for the right candidate.
Skills & Requirements:
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and suitable vehicle
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Real Estate or customer service role
- High integrity and strong work ethic – must be reliable & trustworthy.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as well as a part of a team.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
- Strong desire to succeed & naturally competitive
