Provide essential and high-level administration support to our sales team from our Head Office in Surry Hills, Sydney
Our vacancy is your opportunityReporting to the Group Director for Sales and Distribution, this position is designed to provide administration support to our front-line sales team. The position is varied and interesting and will become a critical cog in the smooth running our commercial department. You will be responsible for appointment scheduling and sales trip co-ordination, generating reports, preparing sales presentations, expense management.

We seek to appoint an individual who is well organised, calm and effective in providing support that allows our sales team to do what they do best and sell! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with an administration background – maybe you have supported a sales team before, possibly you have a strong EA/PA background but in any event you will be ready to step into a position that inspires you to be brilliant. Either way, you will have strong experience in Microsoft365 and possibly experience working with Salesforce CRM.
