Workspace Commercial Furniture, the manufacturer and retailer of a quality range of systems and office furniture has a vacancy in our Canberra showroom, based in Fyshwick, who is professionally presented and possesses excellent admin and customer service skills.
You will be energetic, passionate and can thrive in this challenging multi-faceted role with the ability to confidently liaise with our clients in conjunction with our State Sales Manager. In addition:
- be well organised and fully versed in the latest software packages
- day-to-day customer facing tasks
- Assist with targeting new accounts, build relationships, provide product presentations and exceed client requirements.
- Be able to confirm the accuracy of proposed installations and other specifications with the clients, prior to creating an order.
- Deliver a level of project management fundamentals (mark up’s, take off’s, ordering and delivery/installation coordination)
- Data Entry, Registrations, Tender Expression of Interest, Client Visit arrangements and Marketing and Event Management Support.
- be prepared to provide excellence in the aspect of Teamwork
