About The Role
Commencing 1st August, this role is initially offered as a part-time (3 days per week), fixed-term maternity leave cover role (6 months), with the view to permanency and full-time hours for the right person.
The Real Estate Sales Team Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Bairnsdale based Sales Team and ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative operations within the agency. This dual-function role involves providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors while assisting in sales-related tasks and administrative duties.
This role would suit individuals who have well-developed communication and administration skills, have a confident phone manner and are well organised.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• Database maintenance
• Preparing and packaging large mail-outs
• Preparation of sales documents
• Administration support duties for the Sales Team as required.
Essential Skills and Attributes
You will:
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Be enthusiastic, eager to learn, punctual and well presented.
• Have well developed communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• The ability to work efficiently, remain calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.
• The ability to work alone as well as in a small team.
