About the role
As the Sales Administrator you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the sales Coordinators
Duties
- Process and administer National Chain sales orders, Woolworths - National, Coles and Costco as allocated.
- Liaise with 3rd party logistics and National Chains to reschedule deliveries and resolve consignment level warehouse and transport issues.
- Supports National Retail Sales Manager requests.
- Shares reception duties - phone calls, DWS mailbox and office deliveries
- Provides back-up support to other Sales Coordinators when required.
- Experience in Customer service / Admin or Sales
- Knowledge of Syspro software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and flexible with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy working within a busy, dynamic and rewarding environment
- Full training of our systems and procedures
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10am - 5pm
