Casual Ongoing Sales Administrator

About the role
As the Sales Administrator you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the sales Coordinators
 
 
Duties

• Process and administer National Chain sales orders, Woolworths - National, Coles and Costco as allocated.
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics and National Chains to reschedule deliveries and resolve consignment level warehouse and transport issues.
• Supports National Retail Sales Manager requests.
• Shares reception duties - phone calls, DWS mailbox and office deliveries
• Provides back-up support to other Sales Coordinators when required.

Skills & experience

• Experience in Customer service / Admin or Sales
• Knowledge of Syspro software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and flexible with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
