Founded in 2019, we quickly became one of the leading online course providers within Australia and New Zealand. Our rapid growth and recent expansion overseas has created a number of job opportunities, one being for a Sales Team Leader position.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an individual with proven leadership capabilities to lead a team of course consultants and help them achieve overarching business objectives.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have a proven track record leading a tele Sales Team
• Manage Team Performance towards both company and team-based targets
• Provide coaching and support to direct reports weekly to improve skills, knowledge, and build capability
• Drive sales performance and team motivation
• Have weekly checks in's to ensure personal goals are set and managed in line with business objectives
• Conduct weekly one on one's with relevant consultants
• Carry out timely implementation of performance improvement plans
• Run morning and afternoon huddles
• Be able to run daily and weekly reporting and analytics
• Possess strong communication skills with a clear confident phone manner
• Be a great listener who is also a skilled problem solver
• A team player who enjoys working in a young, fast paced, dynamic team environment
• Be able to build rapport quickly and be engaging over the phone
• Be available to work Saturdays if required

*The successful candidate will undergo full training for a determined period, to ensure full competency across the industry, product & internal processes.
