Sales Territory Manager – Shepparton, Albury, Bendigo, Northern Victoria & Southern NSW

QFW offers an exciting opportunity to an experienced Territory Sales Manager for the beautiful Shepparton, Albury, Bendigo, Northern Victoria & Southern NSW region to join our team

• Represent, maintain and grow sales for an established, energetic & growing business in the Gourmet Food & drink sector 

• The client base is varied and consists of retailers, delis, fruiterers, butchers, supermarkets, and cafes.

• The role is to represent, promote and sell positively & professionally

• The successful candidate will:

  • Be enthusiastic & passionate about food
  • Have FMCG experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify and negotiate sales opportunities throughout the territory
  • Establish and create new business opportunities through cold-calling
  • Grow sales and distribution from an already established customer base
  • Adhere to individual KPI's
  • Assist in the launching of new products to market
  • Sell through promotions and adhere to a calendar for group promotions.

Skills & Experience

  • Account Management experience including high level negotiation to develop, sell and implement strategies with independent supermarkets
  • Problem- solving skills, ability to build strong relationships through influential leadership. 
  • Implement customer strategies for retail accounts across our brands and products. 
  • Drive sales growth and secure incremental ranging of our brands and products
  • Lead sales meetings and secure shelf gains for our brands and products.
  • Building customer partnerships.  
  • Meticulous planning and time-management skills  
  • Professional presentation and communication skills with ability to influence at different levels of organisation
  • Resilient under pressure and self - motivated to succeed 
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience

  • Shepparton, Albury, Bendigo, Northern Victoria & Southern NSW

Remuneration

A base annual salary is offered with great bonuses for growth.
