Let’s talk about this role
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as the Salesforce Email Marketing Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for the ongoing management and end-to-end execution of Email Marketing activities for nib travel brands including World Nomads, Travel Insurance Direct, nib Travel Insurance plus our partner brands, as well as analysing campaign and channel performance.
Work with the Marketing & Brands team to develop highly engaging Email Marketing campaigns, building a profitable and engaged subscriber base.
Duties include:
Support local and global teams in development, optimisation, quality assurance and execution of email activities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ensure channel best practice is applied by all stakeholders
Implement customer lifecycle strategies including use of segmentation, A/B testing and personalisation to optimise channel performance and conversion
Let’s talk about you
You have 3+ years of experience working in a similar or related role, with a strong understanding of Email Marketing best practices, CRM and customer lifecycle management.
You consider yourself someone who builds rapport well with a variety of stakeholders across the business, with the ability to empower our marketing teams with your Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
We’re looking for:
Work to deadlines and deliverables and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Strong problem solving and analytical mindset
Knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Ampscript
Copy writing skills (desired)
