- Preparation of payroll: Monthly payroll for employees
- Resolve any queries relating to payroll, inclusive of LSL, superannuation, time sheets and PAYG summaries
- Assist with payroll month end to end and year-end processes
- Preparation of contracts
- Staff correspondence including salary changes and roster pattern changes
- Employees compensation administration
- Maintaining and updating personnel records
- A Full function payroll processing Expert using iChris/CHRIS21 is highly desirable!
- Must have STAND ALONE EXPERIENCE!
- Month/year end reconciliation's, Payroll tax, superannuation, EBA interpretation etc.
- Strong attention to detail, computer/systems savvy.
- Ability to prioritise workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail.
