ABOUT THE ROLE
All of these roles require a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will be responsible for:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills & Experience
- 2 years' experience in administration or similar role is essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
