Sap Ecp Consultant (Package Specialist - Sap Hr Comp & Payroll)

One of our client is looking for a SAP ECP Consultant (Package Specialist - SAP HR Comp & Payroll)
to join them. This is an initial 6 months contract with a possible extension.

Location: Preferably Melbourne based. Flexible for the right candidate

Main skills required are as below :

As a senior member of the Talent & Culture Systems team, you will:

• Have the opportunity to work with Talent & Culture (HR) professionals to solve business challenges and improve employee experience
• Manage project activities across Talent & Culture division where required
• Partnership with our Technology partners to manage day to day operations and drive continuous improvement across HR systems
• Perform implementation activities including configuration, testing as part of release management process

As a Functional Consultant, you will be accountable for:

• Translate business needs into workable technology

• Analyse, understand business requirements and confirm the feasibility of change, partnering with the Technology team as required
• Partner with Product Owner to validate requirements and priority while assessing the overall impact of change
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business requirements into workable technology and process outcomes for the Squad
• Enable technology change

• Perform impact analyses, in conjunction with Technology, to ensure that proposed changes to not negatively impact employee experience or put operations at risk
• Partner with the Product Owner and other people in the Squad to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries and sequencing of user stories to incorporate into solution design
• Perform configuration to implement change/enhancement for the business
• Work with the business, and other systems/technology colleagues on the required testing e.g. system testing, business verification testing to ensure changes have been correctly applied to production

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Extensive knowledge of HR technologies and experience in project implementation
• Extensive knowledge and certified SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, LMS, PMGM
• Extensive knowledge and certified in ServiceNow HRSD application
• Experience in working with global teams
• Experience and knowledge of agile methodology
• Strong problem solving capability and experience in applying system thinking, human centered design in building solutions for the business
• Excellent in managing stakeholders
