The SAP EWM Business Analyst will drive program success in the distribution and manufacturing areas by providing support of SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) at Neogen. You will work with process area leads from other workstreams and developers and will closely engage with business stakeholders, business users, and System Integrator(s) to ensure solution deployment quality and efficiency to meet the strategic needs of Neogen.
Key responsibilities include:
Meeting with business users to understand and document business requirements.
Providing support for EWM queue errors and ticket resolution; including root cause analysis and prevention documentation/training.
Designing SAP EWM solutions; including both configuration and custom development designs to meet business requirements.
Configuring SAP EWM and working with SAP developers to deliver custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and workflows.
Testing and troubleshooting SAP EWM to ensure alignment with documented business process and requirements.
Active involvement in end-to-end testing and go-live activities.
Desired Education/Experience/Skills:
Advanced understanding of SAP EWM function with the ability to independently design, configure, enhance, test and implement.
5 or more years of experience working on SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions in either a functional or development role.
Experience working in a Life Sciences environment, with emphasis on batch management.
Experience with the EWM integration in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of SAP ITS mobile platform and experience with Zebra mobile technologies.
Familiarity with domestic and International Shipping/Logistic concepts, regulations, and documents.
Knowledge of GS1 supply chain principles and standards
