We have multiple (Permanent) MS Dynamics 365 CE - Techno Functional Consultants / Power Platform Lead, MS CRM Solution Architect roles available.
In this role you will engage with business stakeholders to understand and
map technology requirements and processes. You will be responsible for Configuration and Workflow: Configure administrative features and workflows within MS Dynamics CRM/CE.
You will Design and develop appropriate, secure, and scalable solutions based on Microsoft defined best practices.
You will create high quality solution design documents and or functional specifications, and Lead workshops for recommended technical solutions to clients.
This will see you working on the complete customisation / development of product solutions.
You will require Functional Expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, also Technical Configuration and Customisation skills.
PLEASE NOTE: Ideal candidates will have D365 CRM Techno/Functional experience, having operated from presales to delivery. You will be able to engage across multiple projects at one time. We are seeking a great communicator who is self-sufficient and versatile.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CE Experience (Essential)
- Experience in either D365 Platform Lead, Architect, Developer, Techno / Functional Functional Consulting OR MS Dynamics Technical Business Analysis roles.
- Experience Configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE with exposure to previous versions / upgrades process.
- Experienced with PowerApps, Flows, Canvas Apps, Power BI and Azure.
- D365 CRM Techno/Functional experience (ideal)
- Can operate from Presales to Delivery (ideal)
- Able to be engaged across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-sufficient & Versatile
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (Desirable)
- The ability to communicate with, influence and manage client expectations.
- D365 Functional Consulting Experience (Essential)
- Either D365 Software Development, Architecture, Tech Business Analysis, Functional B/A or Project Management Exp
- Experience of requirements gathering and business process mapping.
- Able to create and maintain high quality functional specification documents.
- Have a proven track record of successful implementation of technological solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, stakeholder engagement skills and Consulting skills
