Exp level: 10-15 years
- SAP Functional Consultant with min 10 yrs into SAP systems, & well versed with integrations
- Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure the alignment of SAP HR functionalities with business requirements and contribute to the overall success of HR technology initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documentation
- SAP HR Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP HR modules to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams for any required customizations and enhancements
- System Implementation and Integration: Lead or contribute to the implementation of SAP HR solutions
- Work on integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP HR and other systems
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP HR configurations and customizations
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of HR systems
- User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of SAP HR functionalities
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with system changes
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations
- Stay abreast of SAP HR best practices and new functionalities to enhance system capabilities
- Should be capable of handling below modules / activities:

- Time and Attendance
- Payroll Processing
- Performance Management
- Training and Development (LMS)
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Self Services and Manager Self Services
