With a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, we are seeking a dynamic SAP Trainer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for extension.
Role Overview:
As our SAP Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our S4 Hana implementation project. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions tailored to PM and MM modules, enabling our team members to maximise the benefits of SAP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing training collateral, including training packages and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), to support the learning journey of our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions on S4 Hana, PM, and MM modules, catering to various skill levels and learning styles.
- Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, user guides, and QRGs, to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Actively participate in S4 Hana implementation activities, contributing insights and expertise to drive project success.
- Flexibility to travel to Roma and Wandoan as required, while primarily based in Brisbane.
- Proven experience as an SAP Trainer, with expertise in S4 Hana, PM, and MM modules.
- Strong understanding of S4 Hana implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing training materials, including presentations, user guides, and QRGs.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs and preferences.
- Flexibility to travel to our clients’ sites as required, with a Monday to Friday roster.
