Join a major program of work as they transition SAP, designed to modernize the technical foundation of their core ERP system. Your role as SAP Program Director is to lead the successful delivery of a comprehensive transformation initiative. You will work closely with capabilities responsible for developing project pipeline, and strategically planning the programs execution.
Key Accountabilities Of The SAP Program Director

• Manage and lead the development lifecycle of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects align with the organisations objectives.
• Lead the SAP S /4HANA implementation / upgrade project.
• Providing advice and strategic input in identifying sites for major re-development and leading the end-to-end approval process.
• Design, develop implement and monitor program feasibility studies, cost /benefits, risk/issues to inform decision making and ensure program success
• Leading project development teams both internal and external
• Strong stakeholder engagement, internal and external
• Delivery on operational and financial objectives for complex program
  

Key Experience we are seeking:

• Min of 5- 10 years’ experience in program management specialising in technology implementation projects
• Proven track record in the delivery of SAP Implementation specialising in SAP S/ 4HANA (full end to end implementation and upgrade)
• Strong leadership experience, the ability to deal at all levels within an organisation including C- Level executive
• Critical financial decision-making ability and can demonstrate a proactive and solution – oriented approach
