AddressOur Space, Defence & Intelligence team in Canberra is growing. We are currently on the hunt for a Satcom Business Change Manager with a valid NV1 security clearance to come and join the team on their journey. This role works within our clients SATCOM Operations Support Team, reporting directing to SATCOM Ops Director.
• Assist to implement the required activities to successfully enable change within an ICT environment.
• Develop change communications to enable operation transitions and acceptance of new & enduring ICT systems and capabilities.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams.
Essential:
• Technical background in any ICT discipline.
• Knowledge or experience in Defence systems and workflows.
• ADF or Commercial SATCOM knowledge or experience.
• NV1 Security Clearance
Desirable:
• Experience in SATCOM Operations or similar field.
• Experience working within Defence or government environments.
• Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and/or,
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or Certified Release Manager (CRM)
