Oldfields Bibra Lake are seeking a ‘Scaffold Operations Manager’ who's ready to embark on an extraordinary adventure with us.

You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a vital part of our ‘small team’ based at Bibra Lake WA, driving the engine of our success. Your responsibilities are more than just tasks; they're the heartbeat of our business, you'll be the maestro of orchestrating labour, materials, and client relationships with finesse.
Your role will include scheduling jobs, staff, materials, invoicing, new sales and making magic happen for our customers, staff and contractors. You will work closely with the State Manager and Estimators to ensure you deliver the results demanded by our clients and ourselves.
Key Responsibilities:
Software
- Be the lead for the implementation of new software being introduced late May 2024.
Customer Engagement Expert:
- Handling inquiries with a touch of professionalism and a focus on outstanding service.
Master of Communication:
- Efficiently managing our online enquires, ensuring our inbox is a beacon of clarity.
- Ensure our clients are clear on our deadlines.
Plan, Execute, Conquer:
- Control and employ labour as required.
- Loading new business inquiries into the daily planner to fuel our estimators with the data they need.
Financial Management:
- Oversee daily banking and financial transactions. Manage debt collection and process credit card payments.
- Invoice all clients for work performed.
Contracts Manager:
- Responsible for creating and organizing contracts, job packs, SWMS, and all essential documentation.
Month-End Coordinator:
- Overseeing end-of-month administrative tasks and invoice processing with precision.
Stock Control
- Control our new and hire stock
- Ensure accurate annual stocktakes.
The Ultimate Wingman:
- Assisting State Manager and Estimators with all aspects of the business. (we are a team).
Learning Enthusiast:
- Becoming a scholar of our business, mastering every aspect to contribute effectively.
Jack of All Trades: Handling ad hoc duties, from stationery, forklift / yard work to uniform orders.
About You:
- Scaffolding: Proven minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Office Experience: Bring minimum 1 years of office experience to the table.
- Organizational Skills: Show excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communications: Your ability to communicate effectively is like music to our ears.
- Multitasking Prowess: Juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment is your daily warm-up routine.
- Continuous Learner: You're eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
