AddressOur client owns and operates a large portfolio of renewables projects producing sustainable renewable energy to projects across the globe. As a result of continuous project growth they now require an Asset Manager to join their successful team in Perth.
Role:
Lead a cross-functional team to deliver strategic asset management plans
to extract maximum value from the companies asset portfolio, whilst being accountable for end-to-end business decision making and asset P&L outcomes. Also be accountable for asset risk and opportunity management.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Managing financial performance of the assets.
- Asset business planning and budgeting
- Assist Strategy and Commercial team to develop upside revenue opportunities within the requirements of companies Ring Fencing Policy.
- Delivering asset life cycle planning.
- Oversee budgets for Stay In Business (SIB) Projects, Major Cyclical
- Delivering individual and integrated Asset Management planning and performance reporting.
- Designing review and improvement processes for Asset Management performance.
- Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to design, implementation and governance of an asset
management framework ensuring integration and consistency
across the assets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within power generation/energy projects
- Experience carrying our performance optimisation and strategy setting
- Proven success leading business or people in the following areas: Asset Management, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Projects, Service delivery (two or more areas preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant work experience in related discipline
